User Data Deletion

1. If you run a workspace on Dialogis

You can remove data yourself in the admin platform at admin.dialogislabs.com:

• Disconnect a channel (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram): open your assistant, go to the Identity tab, find the channel card, and choose Disconnect. Message processing for that channel stops immediately and the stored connection credentials are deleted.
• Delete an assistant: removes the assistant, its uploaded knowledge, and its conversation history from your workspace.
• Delete your account and all data: email artem.redchych@dialogis.io from the address you registered with. We will permanently erase your workspace — all assistants, conversations, uploaded knowledge, and channel connections.

2. If you chatted with an assistant

If you sent messages to a business's AI assistant — on Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, or a website chat — and want that conversation deleted:

1. Ask the business you messaged — they control the conversation and can have it removed; or
2. Contact us directly at artem.redchych@dialogis.io. Tell us which business you messaged, on which channel, and the account you wrote from (for example your Instagram username or WhatsApp phone number), so we can locate the conversation.

Deleting a message inside the Instagram or WhatsApp app does not remove the copy that was already delivered to the business's assistant — use one of the steps above for that.

3. What we delete, and how fast

Deletion covers your conversation messages, voice notes and their transcripts, and the channel identifiers used to route the conversation (such as an Instagram account ID or a phone number). When a channel is disconnected, its stored access credentials are deleted as well. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply. Limited records may be retained where the law requires it — for example invoicing records.
